Singing audition dates for Teenstar 2015 are announced

Singing audition dates for this year’s TeenStar singing competition have now been announced! TeenStar, the UK’s only singing competition exclusively for pre-teens and teenagers to audition and compete, have now released their audition dates for their next singing competition. With more and more entries auditioning each year this year is set to be even bigger.

TEENSTAR 2015 SINGING AUDITIONS

TeenStar consists of a UK-wide search for the finest young talent the UK has to offer, with audition dates being held across the country. The competition audition dates and live events take place at some of the best venues in the UK and culminate in a spectacular National Grand Final, which has previously been held in The NEC in Birmingham and within The O2 in London. With over 9,000 entrants last year, the 2015 competition is set to be the biggest yet!

PREVIOUS COMPETITION WINNERS

TeenStar the singing competition exclusively for pre-teens and teenagers is brought to you by Future Music, the company behind the discovery of artists such as Atlantic Record’s Jacob Banks, Warner Music’s Birdy, Sony Music’s Jaymi Hensley from Union J and Jahmene Douglas, Luke Friend, the 2013 TeenStar winner and Columbia Record’s Lucy Spraggan. Over the years Future Music have discovered some of the best new talent and propelled them to the big stage, working closely with Sony, Universal, Warner and Syco. The 2014 winner was Emily Middlemas who went on to be featured on The X Factor making the last 24 and judges’ houses with mentor Cheryl Cole.

Previous judges to Future Music competitions include DJs that have worked for Radio 1 such as Ras Kwame, Daniel P Carter and Annie Nightingale MBE, four time Ivor Novello award winner Mark Hill, Noddy Holder and before he deceased the legendary Malcolm McLaren along with A&R representatives from the three major record labels – Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group.
